后綴
有些英語單詞由三部分組成,即:前綴,詞根及后綴。單詞中位于詞根前面的部分就是前綴,位于詞根后面的部分就是后綴。如:unacceptable中un是前綴,accept是詞根,able是后綴。后綴詞是指在一個詞根的后面附加一個或幾個字母構成的一個新詞。如:snowy中y就是后綴。通常,后綴改變單詞的詞性,不改變詞根的含義。
